I’m taking part in Million Makers, raising funds for The King's Trust.

I will be competing in the Cheshire Half Marathon on 13th September, with the goal of beating my current personal best of 1 hour and 49 minutes.

Just a few days later, on 17th September, I will be taking on the challenge of climbing Scafell Pike alongside my fellow Million Makers team members.

Both events will push me outside of my comfort zone, testing my endurance, determination and resilience, all while raising funds to support The King's Trust and the life-changing work they do for young people

The King's Trust believes that every young person should have the chance to succeed, no matter what their background or the challenges they are facing. The Prince's Trust NatWest Youth Index 2024 revealed that over a third (39%) of young people no longer feel in control of their future, with over a quarter (26%) feeling as though they are going to fail in life.

The courses offered by The Trust help young people aged 11-30 to develop essential life skills, get ready for work, access job opportunities and create a brighter future for themselves.
