Go MAD : Make A Difference! 😐

Rachel, my dearest wife of twenty six years, and mother of our four lovely daughters has had one of her life long dreams still unrealised. As a young man in Mumbai city working among college and university students, I first heard about her as part of a team with OASIS India, organizing a Fashion Show. That got me very interested!
We first met in a church youth event held on Gandhi Jayanthi, but  clicked after a lunch later in their home.  What stood out for me, apart from her Nigella Lawson looks and her demeanor, was her heart for children. She invited me to see her work among the underprivileged street children in one of the slums in the Eastern part of Mumbai city, and I knew for sure that she's the one. And she said "yes!" The chemistry was real and we celebrated our engagement with friends and family in God's own country, Kerala, a flagship State in "Incredible India!" We got married in early 1999 and we trust that our love will last a lifetime.
Over the years, while raising up four girls as a full time homemaker, and later small stints as a Teacher and the Principal of a Preschool, as well as being a preacher's wife, she developed a genuine compassion to make a difference in the lives of girls anywhere and anytime. She taught in Sunday School, ran "Kidz Clubs" in many parts of the twin cities of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, and I continue to encourage her dreams. Today she works in a bank in Scotland, and ready for new opportunities to serve the community in South Queensferry area in Edinburgh. So, I simply told her, "you go girl...        Go MAD - Make A Difference!"
