I'm joining The King's Trust CEO Challenge
In September 2026, I am joining a team of senior business leaders completing The King's Trust CEO Challenge. As part of The Trust's 50th anniversary, we are swapping the boardroom for the wild, testing our own resilience and courage, that the young people supported by The Trust show every day.
There's nearly 1 million young people across the UK not in employment, education or training. They often feel hopeless about their future, struggling with low confidence, poor mental health and barriers to opportunities.
Our team of business leaders are aiming to raise £500,000 collectively, to show that we believe in the next generation, the future leaders of our industries. The funds will enable The King's Trust to continue being there for young people, giving them the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Please donate, and show your support too.

Wednesday 19th AugI’m proud to be taking part in The King’s Trust CEO Challenge, joining 49 other senior leaders to mark the Trust’s 50th anniversary and help create better futures for young people across the UK.
Throughout my career, people have opened doors and given me opportunities that shaped where I am today. Too many young people have the talent and ambition to succeed but lack the networks, confidence, skills or first opportunity they need to get started.
That is why I have set myself the goal of raising £100,000 for The King’s Trust.
Through Partnering for Purpose, I’ll be bringing together colleagues, customers and partners from across the AWS community to raise funds, share skills and create meaningful pathways into education, employment and enterprise. Our 12 month programme includes fundraising events, mentoring, employability support and opportunities for young people to develop the AI and technology skills that will increasingly shape the future of work.
This is about more than reaching a fundraising target. It is about using our collective networks, experience and influence to give young people the support—and the opening—they deserve.
Every donation, large or small, will help The King’s Trust reach more young people and turn potential into possibility.
