To celebrate our 50th anniversary, we are asking CEOs and business leaders to become a team and take on The King’s Trust CEO Challenge – with a shared vision of ending youth unemployment.
A three-day, two-night multi-activity challenge across the Scottish Highlands, stepping away form the boardroom and into the wild. The experience will see our team of leaders take on a challenge, camp under the stars, and reflect on the resilience and courage of young people today. Just like the young people we support, no one will be left behind. Leaders of all levels of fitness and abilities are welcome.
THE REASON
The challenge offers a rare opportunity to build meaningful connections with the UK’s most forward-thinking CEOs and business leaders, whilst experiencing firsthand the remarkable work of The King’s Trust. You’ll gain fresh perspectives on determination and overcoming adversity, that will transform how you lead. You’ll also be raising significant funds to help young people build the confidence and skills they need to succeed, no matter what challenges they are facing.
As The King's Trust celebrates 50 years of supporting young people into employment, it's important that we not only celebrate all we’ve achieved but focus on what is still to be done. Nearly 1 million young people in the UK are out of work, education, and training, with little hope for the future. It's an important moment for UK business leaders to come together, show their support of our country’s young people – our future leaders, and raise funds that will help The King's Trust continue our work in ending youth unemployment.

Participating in Walk the Talk last year was an inspiring and meaningful experience, chosen for its alignment with my values and the impact of The King’s Trust.
The sense of camaraderie among participants made the day truly special - we weren’t just walking, we were sharing a journey, supporting each other step by step. Along the way, I had the opportunity to connect with inspiring leaders from retail and consumer-focused businesses. These like-minded conversations, blending both business and personal reflections, gave the day added purpose - with the finishing line always in sight.
My connection to The King’s Trust is deeply personal; I’ve seen first-hand the incredible difference they make in communities. Walking for such a cherished cause left a lasting impression on me, and I’m proud to take part again this year.
