We're Team Santander Sparks, a passionate group of colleagues united by one goal: creating opportunities and brighter futures for young people through our support of The King's Trust.
Million Makers is more than a fundraising challenge for us. It's an opportunity to step outside our comfort zones, develop new skills, collaborate across the business, and make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. We believe that when people come together with a shared purpose, small actions can spark extraordinary change.
Our team is built on the values of collaboration, innovation, inclusion and action. Throughout this journey, we'll be challenging ourselves to think differently, support one another, and find creative ways to maximise our impact. Every pound raised will help The King's Trust continue its vital work supporting young people to build confidence, gain skills, access employment, and unlock their potential.
We are determined not only to raise as much as possible, but also to inspire colleagues, customers, friends and family to be part of something bigger. Together, we can create opportunities, transform futures, and leave a legacy that extends far beyond this challenge.
