I'm cycling 80 kilometres on Sunday 4 October to change young lives!

This year, I'm challenging myself to cycle 80 kilometres across London to raise money for The King's Trust which is a youth charity providing long-term support and tailored programmes that empower young people across the UK to transform their lives. The funds raised will help break down barriers, open doors and support young people to build the confidence and skills they need to find work.

I have been incredibly lucky, not only thanks to my parents who invested all their time and effort into me, allowing me to explore the wide world and live all the adventures I could possible dream of; but also through passionate people I met throughout my career who spent countless hours mentoring me on calls, walks and pizza catch ups to give me confidence to grow into the version I am now. Last year, which was one of the most challenging ones in my life, within 3 months took away my mum and my close friend, leaving a big hole in my heart, but also making me appreciate how lucky I am to have had them in my life.

This cycle is my way of helping young people who may not have as much luck as me. And it couldn't be done in a better way than cycling, because as Albert Einstein said "life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving".

I hope seeing me cycle will put a smile on your face dad <3>
