Palace to Palace is your chance to unite employees and clients and be part of a milestone moment. Whether your team is cycling our iconic route or exploring London landmarks along The Palace Walk, taking part together promotes team bonding, pride, and an unbeatable rush as you cross the finish line. Our special 50th anniversary team packages will keep your colleagues happy all day long.
Teams can be made up of both walkers and cyclists, with everyone coming together for a triumphant finish at our brand‑new venue: the Finish Festival in Battersea Park. This year’s festival will be bigger and better than ever - after all, you only turn 50 once! You can expect talented performers, delicious food and drink, and celebrations galore as we honour 50 years of breaking down barriers and opening doors for young people.

1. Purchase team places!
King’s Trust Partners will enjoy 10% off when purchasing team places for their employees. Follow the links below to purchase team places. You can choose the number of places you’d like to purchase for each of our Palace to Palace routes.
2. Your colleagues can claim a free place
Once you’ve purchased your team places, you’ll be sent a company claim code, that your colleagues can use to claim a team place. You can contact us on palace@kingstrust.org.uk if you’d like comms templates to help spread the word.
3. Your fundraising could be the turning point for a young life
As a team, we would love you to raise as much money as possible, to fund our programmes that give young people the skills and confidence they need.
Partner Packages
Whether you choose to take part in the cycle or The Palace Walk, taking part in Palace to Palace as a team, brings together teamwork, achievement, and a moment of celebration at the finish line. Our partner packages can make the day extra special for you and your colleagues.
Teams can be made up from walkers and cyclists. Bike hire is also available for anyone that wants to take part in the cycle but doesn't have a bike through Bike Hire UK. You can book a bike through their website and they'll have the bike ready for you on the start line.
Whichever event you take on, you'll be crossing the finish line together at our brand-new fantastic Finish Festival at Battersea Park.

The Big 5-0 Package
50-149 places. 50+ riders for 50 years! Shift into a higher gear with everything above, plus:
- Invitations to a pre‑event webinar for medium-sized corporate teams
- An online cycling training session led by our expert partners at Cycle for Fitness
You’ll also enjoy access to the dedicated partner village and bar (where the party happens!), with the option to add hospitality packages. And with your company flag proudly flying outside the partner village, your team will have the perfect place to gather and celebrate.
*Places must be purchased by 21 August to receive a branded flag due to production times.
The Golden Celebration Package
150+ places. For companies looking to celebrate their impact and have an extremely special day! Large teams receive everything above, plus a personalised pre‑event webinar tailored specifically to your organisation
On event day, you’ll enjoy access to the exclusive partner village and bar, complete with a reserved space just for your organisation. You can also upgrade with hospitality packages, or even your own marquee at the Finish Festival to make your celebrations truly unforgettable. Plus, a dedicated King’s Trust contact will be on hand to keep everything running smoothly!

Hospitality
There will also be a bar in the partner village where your team can collect pre ordered drinks using their vouchers. Please order your team drinks, along with your food, through the below order form.
Simply complete the order form below and let us know how many food and drink vouchers you’d like. No need to choose specific cuisines just yet— to help our suppliers prepare, just tell us your meat/vegetarian quantities and flag any dietary requirements. All suppliers are halal certified and offer gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
Prices and deadlines
Food vouchers are £20pp (+VAT)
Please note that food vouchers can only be used at the food stands within the partner village. These food stands will only accept food vouchers
Drink vouchers (to be used at the bar in the partner village only)
Alcoholic drinks are £6pp (bottle beer or glass of house wine)
Soft drinks are £3pp (Coco-Cola, Diet Coke, Lemonade, Giner Beer, Orange Juice, still mineral water)
Hot drink are £4.25pp (Espresso, Americano, Latte, cappuccino, Mocha, hot chocolate, tea)
All food and drink vouchers must be ordered by 5pm on Thursday 3 September.

Static bike-a-thon
Get cycling in the office to raise awareness of your team! We’ve seen virtual relays across the UK, cycling the distance from office to office, and live streams of cycling which colleagues can watch and donate!
Office Fundraising
Bring your colleagues back into the office for social events and activities to raise funds. From the old fashioned bake sales, to drinks trolleys, yoga classes, dancing in the dark discos, your colleagues could make a donation to have a good time!
Sponsorship
We’ve all got networks - family, friends, suppliers, clients. Whether it’s a tenner off your Uncle, or a supplier sponsors £1,000 to have their logo on your team t-shirts, your team can rack up the total by asking for sponsorship.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy multiple places for my organisation?
No problem, when corporate registration opens you can buy multiple places for your organiastion and then fill the places between now and the event. Just share the claim code that we send you and they can then claim a place in your team.
I have my team places but struggling to fill the places.
Take a look at our marketing assets available in our resources. Share these far and wide to promote Palace to Palace to your employees. Please also reach out to your King's Trust account manager if you are really struggling or have any questions.
Once signed up, what support will I receive in the build up to the event?
We will be in regular contact with all participants to ensure that the whole team is ready for the big day. We will be on hand to help you with training, fundraising, what to expect on the day and reminders of what your package includes. Of course, your King’s Trust contact is also on hand to help you with your fundraising. Teams of 50 or more will also be invited to our pre event webinar with the Palace to Palace team in September to help ensure they are all ready for the big day.
What happens when we finish? Can the team meet up at the end?
We have created our Finish Festival as the perfect area for you to celebrate your achievement with friends and family. Once riders cross the finish line at Battersea Park, you can enjoy food, drinks and activities. Activities include hospitality marquees, sports massages, face painting, children's entertainment and more. If you have purchased more than 50 places for your employees, you will automatically have access to the partner village.
