Anyone can host a Brilliant Breakfast. You can invite friends, family, colleagues, clients or members of your community. 

Simply choose a location, invite your guests and start planning your event. 

You can host your Brilliant Breakfast anywhere that works for you. Work, a park, the kitchen table, virtually, or wherever suits you best! 

To register: 

• Visit the registration page. 

• Complete the sign-up form. 

• Receive your confirmation email. 

• Access your automatically created fundraising page. 

After registering, you will receive an email containing: 

• A link to your fundraising page 

• Access to your dashboard 

• Downloadable invitations and posters 

• Fundraising resources and event materials

No a physical pack isn’t sent by post. But there will be lots of materials that you can print yourself such as invites, posters, bunting and food flags. You can access these on the 'fundraise' page.   

The funds you raise for The King’s Trust can help young women launch their future through training courses with potential employers, access to job opportunities and support with practice interviews.     

The easiest way to raise funds is to share your fundraising page with guests before your event. You can also: 

• Share your page on social media 

• Send donation links through email or WhatsApp 

• Display a QR code at your event 

• Encourage donations from people who cannot attend 

You can share your page in lots of different ways, from social media such as Facebook and Instagram, sharing a link in WhatsApp and emails or by creating a poster with a bespoke QR code to your page. 

Donations may take a short time to appear. Check that supporters have donated directly to your fundraising page rather than the main Change a Girl's Life campaign page.

If donations are still missing after 24 hours, contact changeagirlslife@kingstrust.org.uk with the donation details.  

Yes. Videos about The Brilliant Breakfast and The King's Trust are available through your fundraising dashboard. You can: 

• Play the video during your Brilliant Breakfast event 

• Share the video with guests before the event 

• Help supporters learn more about The King's Trust and the Change a Girl's Life campaign 

• Encourage guests to understand how their donations support young women 

To access the videos, log in to your fundraising account dashboard.

Yes. You can support The Brilliant Breakfast by making a donation without registering as a host.  

Yes. Call 020 7543 1384 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

For every £1 donated to The King's Trust: 

• 84p supports activities that change young lives 

• 16p supports fundraising and operational costs 

This enables The King's Trust to reach and support more young people  

You can generate a personalised QR code through your fundraising dashboard. 

The QR code links directly to your fundraising page, making it easy for guests to donate during your event. 

The King's Trust suggests you pay any cash donations into your own bank account and donate the amount to your fundraising page. This way it adds to your total, and we can celebrate how much you've raised.    

Yes. Please make cheques payable to The King's Trust and write "The Brilliant Breakfast" on the back.

Only personal donations are eligible for Gift Aid. If you're paying on behalf of someone else, a group of people, a company or have had a chance to win a prize, this amount is not eligible for Gift Aid. You can read all about Gift Aid here.   

Possibly. If you would like to restrict your donation to be used in a specific region or for a specific programme then please get in touch with us, prior to making your donation, at changeagirlslife@kingstrust.org.uk    

Yes. If your organisation is hosting multiple Brilliant Breakfast events, you can link them together to create a combined fundraising total. 

During registration, you'll be asked whether you are: 

• Hosting with colleagues 

• Creating an organisation team 

• Joining an existing organisation 

This allows fundraising from multiple breakfasts to contribute towards one overall organisation total. 

One person should create the organisation during registration. 

The person who creates the organisation will automatically become the Organisation Captain and can manage team settings.

No. While activity often increases during International Women's Month, retailers can support the campaign throughout the year.
