Xero UK: Taking Action for International Women’s Day 2026

At Xero, we believe that every girl deserves the right to a professional future. This March, in celebration of International Women’s Day, our UK teams are coming together to turn conversation into action.

On Tuesday 10 March, Xero employees across our Milton Keynes, London, and Manchester offices will be hosting the Brilliant Breakfasts. These gatherings are designed to spark meaningful dialogue among our staff about career resilience, mentorship, and dismantling the barriers that often hold women back in the workplace.

Why We Are Fundraising

While our breakfast is an internal event, our mission is outward-looking. We are proud to support The King’s Trust Change a Girl’s Life campaign.

In the UK today, many young women face significant hurdles from a lack of confidence to systemic inequality that prevent them from entering the workforce. The funds raised through this page go directly toward providing vital training, mental health support, and mentorship to help these young women secure their first big break.

You don’t need to be at our breakfast table to help us change a girl’s life. We invite our wider community, partners, and friends to support our fundraising goal.
