I’m taking part in Million Makers, raising funds for The King’s Trust.

The King’s Trust believes that every young person should have the chance to succeed, no matter what their background or the challenges they are facing. The recent Class of Covid report reveals almost half of young people in the UK (49%) feel anxious about their future on a daily basis, with more than a third (35%) feeling that their life is spiralling out of control.

The courses offered by The Trust help young people aged 11-30 to develop essential life skills, get ready for work, access job opportunities and create a brighter future for themselves.

Ran 10 miles despite the GSR being cancelled. It was a windy and wet run! Thanks for all of the sponsorship so far :)

Completed the Great South Run on 20th October 2024 despite the official event being cancelled due to the weather :) £450 raised so far!

Thanks to everyone that’s sponsored me for the Great South Run tomorrow…..so frustrating that it’s been cancelled due to the weather 🤦‍♂️ But like many other challenges we’ve overcome in Million Makers I will pivot and find another event to run in 😀 I may even consider entering a Half Marathon instead 💪 Watch this space!
