Matt Varley
The Million Makers journey was the best of my career to date. The networking involved in Million Makers has opened doors for me within Capgemini and I have since started a new position working with people I met along the journey. Since finishing Million Makers, I have joined the Alumni Network, supporting new teams on their journey and advising them on all of the ‘to dos’ and mistakes to avoid along the way. I very much look forward to continuing my support of The King’s Trust for years to come.

I was honoured to take part in the 2022 Million Makers competition along with Team Power from Dell Technologies. I learnt so much from this leadership experience that I will take forward in my career. I had the opportunity of working with peers I wouldn't otherwise have engaged with and this experience gave me exposure to senior leaders in the business.

Participating in the Million Makers Challenge was a highly rewarding experience. It allowed me to take part in a "mini project" from start to finish and be involved in various disciplines which I don't typically encounter in my day job, such as finance and marketing. I had an amazing experience participating in Million Makers in 2020.
