This March, I'm proud to be hosting a Brilliant Breakfast in support of The King's Trust—and this year marks a truly special milestone: 50 years of transforming young lives.

Hope on a Plate is more than just a breakfast. It's a gathering of hearts and minds, a chance to come together as a community, and an opportunity to change a girl's life with something as simple as scrambled eggs and a conversation.

Whether you're hosting a table at home, gathering colleagues in the office, or meeting friends at your local café—every plate served, every conversation had, and every pound raised helps a young woman build the future she deserves.
