Target steps
Me VS 10,000 steps
At a time when 900,000 young people in the UK are out of work – enough to form the UK’s third biggest city! The King’s Trust are committed to ending youth unemployment, and I’m doing my bit to support.
I am taking on the Future Steps challenge – completing 10,000 steps a day throughout February and raising vital funds to support young people across the UK.
A donation of just £12 could fund a call to The King's Trust helpline, enabling a young person facing adversity to gain the critical advice they need.
Every penny raised will help break down barriers, open doors and support young people to build the confidence and skills they need to find work. Please consider donating to my page.
Thank you.

My Updates
Challenges and Fitness
Thursday 22nd JanI love challenges because they push me to discover what I’m truly capable of. There’s something powerful about stepping into the unknown, feeling that mix of excitement and uncertainty, and proving to myself that I can overcome whatever is in front of me. Challenges force growth—they sharpen my mindset, build resilience, and remind me that progress happens only when I’m willing to go beyond my comfort zone.
Fitness ties perfectly into that mindset. Every workout is its own challenge: a chance to test my strength, discipline, and mental toughness. I love the feeling of setting a goal—whether it’s lifting heavier, running faster, or simply showing up on a tough day—and earning it through consistency. Fitness isn’t just physical for me; it’s a form of self‑improvement that shows up in every part of my life. It grounds me, gives me confidence, and teaches me that even small steps forward count.
