I’m taking part in Million Makers, raising funds for The King's Trust.

As many of you will know, I am a very keen runner and a huge gym enthusiast. Keeping myself in shape is really important to me, both in terms of the overall health benefits, but also in order to stay active so that I can play with my two young daughters who are 3 and almost 2 years old.

2025 has been a huge year for me so far in terms of running. I have never been much of a long distance runner but, this year, I have run over 1,000 miles so far having recently completed Munich Marathon, Copenhagen and Valencia Half Marathons. Whilst I have been gym training seriously since 2018, I have never properly tested myself and my strength, so I thought it was a good time to put that right. I am taking part in Hyrox London in the women's solo category on Sunday 7 December and I would love to raise some much needed funds as part of my Million Makers journey.

The King's Trust believes that every young person should have the chance to succeed, no matter what their background or the challenges they are facing. The Prince's Trust NatWest Youth Index 2024 revealed that over a third (39%) of young people no longer feel in control of their future, with over a quarter (26%) feeling as though they are going to fail in life.

The courses offered by The Trust help young people aged 11-30 to develop essential life skills, get ready for work, access job opportunities and create a brighter future for themselves.

Please help me to support The King's Trust by donating and sharing my page.
