Join us for a Brilliant Breakfast- Tuesday 31 March 2026- and help young women launch their future. The money we raise can give young women the support they need to get back on their feet and into work.

What is OWN?

Otis Women’s Network is a global BRG committed to making Otis an attractive workplace for women and promotes the advancement of women within Otis, through mentoring, networking, well-being and professional & personal development.
OWN UKN chapter was originally scheduled for relaunch in 2025; however, these plans were postponed to the ongoing change with Uplift. Having personally experienced the positive impact of this BRG, I am keen to begin reintroducing smaller-scale events throughout 2026, with the aim of formally relaunching the UKN chapter in 2027.
We will be hosting a 'Brilliant Breakfast' in our Liverpool Office and Edinburgh Office on Tuesday 31st March 2026 and would like to invite all colleagues across the UKN to partake in their own version- whether it be at the local office or at home.
Join us for a Brilliant Breakfast and help young women launch their future. It's a great opportunity to break fast together- taking a well-earned pause with colleagues while coming together to support and celebrate women.
