On Sunday 5 October, I'm taking on the Palace to Palace cycle challenge – a 45-mile ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle – to raise vital funds for The King’s Trust.
The King’s Trust helps young people across the UK turn their lives around, offering support with education, employment, training, and mental health. Every mile I ride is to help empower the next generation to build a better future.
