Vicky's 10,000 steps

I’m taking the Future Steps challenge this February for The King’s Trust – walking an average of 10,000 steps a day to help transform the lives of young people in the UK.

"Why February?"  I ask myself.  The weather might not be great, but it will be good to push myself a little after the holiday season. It will also be fun doing it with colleagues and competing for bragging rights.

The King’s Trust supports disadvantaged young people to develop the confidence and skills they need to move into work, education and training. Please help me to support The King’s Trust by donating.

My Updates

Half-way through Future Steps

Friday 14th Feb
We are half-way through February, and I have managed to keep my stepping average above 10,000 per day.   That is despite the recent awful weather: walking in the drizzling rain last weekend was not very fun.   It's sunny today for the first time in what feels like weeks, so hoping that the weather will stay nice to make this weekend's walking activities much more fun.
