I'm cycling 50 miles on Sunday 4 October to help change Young People's lives.
At a time when almost a million Young People in the UK are out of work, The King's Trust is helping them build confidence, gain skills and find employment.
To support this mission, I've challenged myself to complete the 50 mile Palace to Palace cycle ride and raise funds for our incredible charity.
This challenge is especially meaningful to me. After a long recovery and multiple surgeries, cycling 50 miles is something I couldn't have imagined doing not so long ago. Every mile will be a reminder of how far I've come and an opportunity to support Young People as they work towards a brighter future.
By completing this ride, I'm helping to raise money for programmes that give Young People the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to succeed.
If you're able to support me, I'd be incredibly grateful. Even a donation of just £5 would mean a lot. It may seem like a small amount, but together those £5 donations can make a real difference and help more Young People access the support they need.
Thank you for your support and encouragement. It means a great deal to me. 💕🚴♀️💕
