Every Step Counts – Walking to End Youth Unemployment 💛

On 4th October, I’ll be taking on the King’s Trust Palace to Palace half marathon walk across London, and I’d love your support along the way please.

At a time where almost a million young people in the UK are out of work, The King’s Trust is committed to ending youth unemployment.

The King’s Trust (formerly known as The Prince’s Trust) is a youth charity that provides long-term support and tailored programmes to empower young people across the UK to transform their lives. Their work helps break down barriers, open doors, and give young people the confidence, skills and opportunities they need to get into work and build a better future.

I want to do my bit to help raise as much money as I can to support this incredible cause.

These are worrying times for young people with so many coming out of full-time education and unable to find a job or having a clear path forwards. It is therefore more important than ever to give some of these young people a helping hand and access to life-changing opportunities. Having a daughter in year 13, who will be sitting her A-levels this year and is still deciding on her next steps, has made me even more aware of this cause and the challenges many young people face.

I would therefore like to appeal for your support in helping me raise money to support the King's Trust and the amazing work it does.

For example, just £10 could fund a call to the King's Trust helpline, enabling a vulnerable young person to gain the critical advice they need.
