Can dinosaurs ride bicycles?

I think that perhaps I was more nervous about asking friends, family and colleagues for sponsorship, as opposed to the physical feat of finishing the ride (given that I've not been on a bike for years).

Like many things in my life - this was totally the wrong focus! 

I've been really humbled by the sponsorship I've already received from sharing the event on my FB page.  And what's interesting to me, is that its really motivated me.  I had no idea that people actually believing in me could have this effect!  So can you imagine the ripple effect that this event could have?  The way in which young people who are disadvantaged, can know and feel that there are people out there who believe in them?  Imagine the motivation that this could bring to their lives.  Amazing.

Anyway, I digress.  Dinosaurs and bicycles was the blog title, and prehistoric reptiles on wheels you shall get!  I was discussing with my DU Lead, ways in which i could raise sponsorship at work.  She suggested that If I reached a donation target - I could commit to completing the course dressed as a dinosaur!  So there you have it - can dinosaurs ride bicycles?  Perhaps.  Are they allowed to?  Maybe.  Do standard helmets fit? Lets find out.
