I'm walking miles on Sunday 4 October to change young lives!

At a time where almost a million young people in the UK are out of work, The King’s Trust are committed to ending youth unemployment, and I’m doing my part by taking on Palace to Palace! I’ve challenged myself to walk a half marathon across London and raise funds to help young people get into work.

The King's Trust (formerly known as The Prince’s Trust) is a youth charity providing long-term support and tailored programmes that empower young people across the UK to transform their lives. Every penny raised will help break down barriers, open doors and support young people to build the confidence and skills they need to find work.

Please help me support The King's Trust by sponsoring my Palace to Palace challenge and sharing my page to double the impact. A donation of £26 could cover the cost of travel for an isolated young person to attend a one-week King’s Trust course, helping them build vital skills and gain valuable work experience.

My Updates

Let’s Get Real…

Wednesday 22nd Jul

If you know me, you probably know that my natural habitat involves a comfortable chair, a warm cup of coffee or a glass of chicken wine whilst binge watching the next episode of Yellowstone or the latest Real Housewives and definitely not long-distance walking. Fitness challenges usually aren't my thing. In fact, if you had told me a few months ago that I’d be signing up to lace up my trainers for a charity hike, I would have laughed.

Yet, here we are.

This coming October, I’m stepping out of my comfort zone to take part in The King's Trust walk.

Beyond the brilliant cause, I figured it was time to challenge myself, get some fresh autumn air, and have a bit of fun along the way. October weather can be unpredictable, the blisters might be real, and the finish line will definitely be a relief, but sharing a laugh (and likely some groans) with everyone else taking part will make it entirely worth it.

I’ll be sharing updates, training milestones (or lack thereof), and all the details as October gets closer.

If you’d like to support the cause, cheer me on, or just watch me attempt to walk further than my usual trip to the fridge. keep an eye out for my donation link coming soon. Wish me luck—I’m going to need it!
