On Sunday 5th October, I am taking part in Palace to Palace 45 mile charity ride to raise funds for The King's Trust.

The King's Trust has tailored programmes and provides long-term support giving young people the practical skills and emotional resilience to pick themselves back up and create their own positive futures.
