Me versus 10,000 steps - Lets get moving and smiling!

I’m taking on the Future Steps challenge this February for The King’s Trust – taking on 10,000 steps a day to help transform the lives of young people in the UK. IT's THE FINAL WEEK :-)

Please help me support a great cause, no matter how small or big your donation...  it has also got me moving more and getting some well needed fresh air (and a few soggy days when I really didn't want to go out and get my steps in!!) From walking (dogs approved the long walks), water aerobics, house cleaning and everything in between I have done my best this month and feel so much better for it.. so please please please Support The Kings Trust - thank you! As a parent this is very important to me to support our young people.

From the cost of living crisis to an unprecedented lack of opportunity, young people face a range of difficulties in today’s society. The King’s Trust supports young people who have faced disadvantage and adversity to develop the confidence and skills they need to move into work, education and training. 
A donation of just £10 could fund a call to The King's Trust helpline, enabling a vulnerable young person to gain the critical advice they need.
