I'm cycling 50 miles in October to tackle youth unemployment in memory of my big brother
Hello everyone! I have slightly optimistically signed up for an 80km cycle in October to raise money for the King’s Trust!
The King’s Trust help young people facing barriers to work and life to build their confidence and skills.
It’s a charity I care deeply about supporting as taking part in a King’s Trust programme was life-changing for my much-loved and much-missed big brother. His self-belief and confidence were transformed by their challenging but rewarding personal development programme.
I’ve never ridden over 20km in one go (and still can’t fix a puncture… which might be a hurdle to cross before solo rides to Surrey) but I’m excited to get on two wheels beyond the Zone 1-2 commute!
Please give whatever you can afford, and if you don’t have any spare cash at the moment just spreading the word about the importance of supporting struggling young people is vital.
Thank uuuuu xxx
PS If I reach my target goal I’ll post a video of me changing an inner tube and prove I can fix my own bike :)
