Day 3 - a double stroke of luck

First work day step challenge. Plan out into practice and smashed the steps with a morning, mid day and early evening stroll. I’m due a huge amount of luck as not once but twice brought home organic matter on the sole of my shoe 😫 todays update:

Day 2 - a day for sport

Sundays are great days for relaxing while cooking a roast with all the trimmings, watching the sport, watching your kids play sport and winning everything. Well, almost. not quite everything for United fans. So today started with an u12 girls football match to referee. It went well. No threats from parents is always a good start to any day. Tick. 2/3 of my steps done. Tick. The team win at football and then netball. Tick Tick. Then boom. Crystal Palace. Ah well. So here we are. 70.65 kg and another 10,000 steps. Until next time…

We're facing 10,000 steps a day in February

We are taking on the Future Steps challenge this February for The King's Trust – facing 10,000 steps a day to help transform the lives of young people in the UK.

From the cost of living crisis to an unprecedented lack of opportunity, young people face a range of difficulties in today’s society. The King's Trust is committed to helping them.
