I’m cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle to help change young lives.

On Sunday, 5 October 2025, I’ll be taking on the Palace to Palace challenge – 45 miles on two wheels – in support of The King’s Trust, a charity that gives young people the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to build a brighter future.

Right now, almost 1 million young people in the UK are not in work, education, or training. Many are still dealing with the impact of the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis, which have left them feeling lost, overlooked and without a clear path forward. The King’s Trust offers tailored programmes and long-term support to help them get back on track, turning self-doubt into self-belief and potential into real-life opportunities.

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference.

£20 could give a young person two hours of inspiring work experience in a thriving industry.
£30 could provide a young person with the vital gift of a mentor, who can guide and support them.
£50 could help fund expert coaching to prepare them for their first interview.
£100 could leave a lasting legacy, contributing towards the specialist equipment that opens up a lifelong career for 1 young person on the margins of society.

I’m pedalling every mile with these young people in mind and I’d be so grateful if you could support me. Together, we can help someone take that first important step towards the future they deserve.
