Cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor — supporting young people with The King’s Trust

On Sunday 5 October, I’ll be taking part in Palace to Palace, cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle to raise funds for The King’s Trust.

This cause means a lot to me. I’ve seen first-hand how many young people face barriers to opportunity — whether it’s due to disrupted education, lack of support, or the lasting impact of the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis.

The King’s Trust helps young people build confidence, develop practical skills, and take steps toward a brighter future. Right now, nearly 1 million young people in the UK are not in education, employment or training — and that needs to change.

Just £20 could give someone two hours of inspiring work experience in a stable job in a growing sector.
