This year marks my third consecutive year taking part in the Palace to Palace Bike Ride in support of The King's Trust, a charity dedicated to helping young people build confidence, develop skills, and create brighter futures.

Every year, this event brings together thousands of cyclists with a shared goal: making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people across the UK. What began as a personal cycling challenge three years ago has become a cause that I am passionate about supporting year after year.

The ride itself is an incredible experience, taking participants past some of London's most iconic landmarks and through beautiful countryside routes. While the physical challenge is rewarding, the real motivation comes from knowing that every mile ridden helps raise funds for programmes that support young people facing barriers to education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
