Who we are
The King’s Trust is a charity that operates throughout the UK to aid young people aged 11 to 30 to get into jobs, education and training. The King’s Trust is comprised of both a charity and a trading company. In this policy wherever you see the words ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’, it refers to both our charity and our trading company.
Our trading company is wholly owned and controlled by our charity. Any information we collect may be used by both our entities. Our trading company exists so that we can run our online shop, our Tomorrow's Store and enter into commercial agreements such as sponsorship.
Our charity is The King’s Trust, incorporated by Royal Charter (RC000772), with registered company number (1079675) in England and Wales and (SC041198) in Scotland. Our trading company is King’s Trust Trading Limited with registered company number (03161821). The principal office of both is The King’s Trust, South London Centre, 8 Glade Path, London, SE1 8EG.
