I’m walking the talk to change young lives.
On Sunday 13th October I’m walking 20 miles along the River Thames from Hampton Court Palace to Buckingham Palace to raise money for The King's Trust.
One in five young people in the UK have missed school or work in the past year due to their mental health. The King’s Trust NatWest Youth Index 2024 highlights the threat of poor mental health on young people’s employment and aspirations for the future.
The Trust helps tens of thousands of young people each year to build the confidence and skills they need to realise their potential.
Please support me in helping to build a brighter future for young people across the UK. A donation of £100 could contribute towards the specialist equipment that opens up a lifelong career for one young person on the margins of society.
Thank you for enabling The King's Trust to be there for more young people when they need it the most.

Hopeless. And late. Says it all; nothing but consistent. Nevertheless, an admirable cause.
