I'm walking miles to change young lives
On Sunday 5th October, I will be taking part in The Palace Walk. I will be walking 13.1 miles around Windsor to help young people create a better future for themselves.
I have old lady hip problems now so it's proving more painful training than planned but physio is helping.
If you dont know, The King's Trust has tailored programmes and provides long-term support give young people the practical skills and emotional resilience to pick themselves back up and create their own positive futures.
Following a cost of living crisis and pandemic which impacted their education, early careers and wellbeing, there are now almost 1 million young people not currently in work, education or training, equivalent to the third largest city in the UK.
Please help me to support The King's Trust by sponsoring my Palace Walk and sharing my page. Just a £20 donation could provide a young person with an experienced youth worker for an hour, building their confidence, resilience and motivation during this time.

Walk like no one's watching. Good luck Sooze! You'll do this standing on your head (not literally), but with your extensive experience in hiking and expertise in putting one foot in front of the other for a very long time - I have no doubt in my mind that you will smash this. x
