We have set a fundraising target of £150 per walker, but why not set a company target, and get everyone behind a team goal?
We've made it easier than ever to enter as an organisation, view the steps below to purchase bulk places for your company and browse our partner packages for the ultimate Palace to Palace team experience.
1. Purchase team places!
King’s Trust Partners will enjoy 10% off when purchasing team places for their employees. Follow the links below to purchase team places.
2. Your colleagues can claim a free place
Once you’ve purchased your team places, you’ll be sent your company claim code, that your colleagues can use to claim a team place. Contact us at palace@kingstrust.org.uk if you’d like comms templates to help spread the word.
3. Your fundraising could be the turning point for a young life
As a team, we would love you to raise as much money as possible, to fund our programmes that give young people the skills and confidence they need.
Hospitality
Teams of 30+ places can order our hospitality package. This is catered for by Windsor racecourse and will be served as a buffet within the partner village marquee and is priced at £20pp (+VAT).
The team captain or organisation lead will need to collect wristbands from the partner village on event day to distribute to their team for access to the buffet. Participants can have a selection of items from the BBQ but can only have one serving per wristband. Food will be served from 11.30 - 17.00.
There will be a corporate bar in the partner village which will be open from 11.00 - 17.00. Drinks can be bought on the day with cash or card. Teams of 30 or more can pre-order drinks from the below options.
When ordering, please indicate how many vegetarian or meat orders you would like, as well as any other dietary requirements to be aware of. Please place your order by 17.00 on Friday 5th September and select if you would like to pay by credit card or invoice.

Partner Packages
Weather you choose to take part in the cycle or The Palace Walk, taking part in Palace to Palace as a team, brings all the feels of teamwork, achievement, and an atmosphere of celebration at the finish line. Our team packages can make the day extra special for you and your colleagues.
Teams can be made up from walkers and cyclists. You all finish at The Royal Windsor Racecourse where you can celebrate together at our fantastic Finish Festival.
Small partner package
5-29 walkers
As a King’s Trust partner, you can purchase places for your employees, covering their registration fee. You’ll receive 10% discount per place on your purchase, support with fundraising and a team shout out at the finish line.
Medium partner package
30-149 walkers
As well as the 10% discount per place, you will also gain access to the partner village and bar for a well-earned rest and celebrate your achievements with friends and family. We’ll create you your own company branded flag* to act as a meet point at the finish festival and you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a hospitality package to cater for your riders and walkers at the end village. Finally, we’ll invite you to a King’s Trust hosted pre-event webinar to answer any last minute, event day questions.
*Places must be purchased by 18th August in order to recieve a branded flag due to production timelines
Large partner package
150 + walkers
Go BIG and purchase a large team of 150 riders and/or walkers and on top of the discount and access to the partner village, hospitality, and bar, you’ll also get a reserved space for your team to gather and celebrate together. We will host a private, pre-event webinar, just for your team and you’ll unlock access to purchase logistic support to make the day as smooth as possible for you and the team.

Walk-a-thon
Get walking in the office to raise awareness of your team! There are lots of ways to use walking to bring attention to the challenge.
Office Fundraising
Bring your colleagues back into the office for social events and activities to raise funds. From the old fashioned bake sales, to drinks trolleys, yoga classes, dancing in the dark discos, your colleagues could make a donation to have a good time!
Sponsorship
We’ve all got networks - family, friends, suppliers, clients. Whether it’s a tenner off your Uncle, or a supplier sponsors £1,000 to have their logo on your team t-shirts, your team can rack up the total by asking for sponsorship.

Can I bulk buy corporate places?
There are two ways of entering a corporate team:
- Promote the event within your company and encourage employees to purchase their own places via the main registration page.
- Purchasing places in bulk via our corporate bulk buy option, so that your employees don’t have to pay the registration fee. Once a bulk buy has been bought, you will be sent a link and claim code to forward on to your employees.
I have my team places but struggling to fill the places.
Take a look at our marketing assets available in our resources. Share these far and wide to promote Palace to Palace to your employees. Please also reach out to your King's Trust account manager if you are really struggling or have any questions.
What happens when we finish? Can the team meet up at the end?
We have created our Finish Festival as the perfect area for you to celebrate your achievement with friends and family. Activities include hospitality marquees, sports massages, face painting, children's entertainment and more.
