I'm taking 42,000 steps to help young people. Can you help?
🚶♂️ On Sunday, October 13th, I’m walking 20-miles (@42,000 steps) from Hampton Court Palace to Buckingham Palace, to raise vital funds for The King’s Trust. 🌟
🧠 Did you know? One in five young people in the UK has missed school or work in the past year due to mental health challenges. This is where The King’s Trust steps in, empowering tens of thousands of young people annually with the confidence and skills they need to unlock their full potential.
