I'm walking miles to change young lives

Following on from our success at wrapping presents for a various great causes. Elaine, Shelley and myself have now decided to take part in the Palace Walk on Sunday 5th October. Walking 13.1 miles around Windsor to help young people create a better future for themselves.

The King's Trust has tailored programmes and provides long-term support give young people the practical skills and emotional resilience to pick themselves back up and create their own positive futures.

Following a cost of living crisis and pandemic which impacted their education, early careers and wellbeing, there are now almost 1 million young people not currently in work, education or training, equivalent to the third largest city in the UK. At The Trust we know the devastating impact of unemployment on young people’s mental health, broader wellbeing, and confidence in achieving their aspirations in life.

Please help me to support The King's Trust by sponsoring my Palace Walk and sharing my page. Just a £20 donation could provide a young person with an experienced youth worker for an hour, building their confidence, resilience and motivation during this time.
