I’m walking the talk to change young lives.
On Sunday 12th October I’m walking 32 kms (20 miles) with senior retail colleagues, along the River Thames, from Hampton Court Palace to Buckingham Palace, to raise money for The King's Trust.
This is a charity that I know really well having worked with them for well over a decade, and also sitting on an Advisory Council. So I can truly vouch that their work is amazing. I have seen first hand the impact of the help and opportunities that they afford to young people facing real difficulties, and I have also seen the incredible changes that individuals have made with this support. It might be those unemployed, facing family challenges or mental health issues, or those who are homeless or outside of our systems of support, or disadvantaged young people who need confidence and training to get into employment. And sadly, this is needed today more than ever.
The King's Trust believes that every young person should have the chance to succeed, no matter their background or the challenges they are facing. They help tens of thousands of young people each year to build the confidence and skills they need to realise their potential.
Please support me in helping to build a brighter future for young people across the UK.

A donation of £100 could contribute towards the specialist equipment or training that opens up a lifelong career for a young person on the margins of society.
Thank you for enabling The King's Trust to be there for more young people when they need it the most.
