Celebrating Kick-Off Week!
From Monday 1st July – Thursday 4th July, we have invited our 2024 Million Makers teams to join our Fundraising Kick-Off Week – a week dedicated to preparing you all for your fundraising journeys and launching the 2024 challenge.
By this point, most of you have finalised your business plans, met with your mentors and fellow team members, pitched your fundraising ideas, and secured your seed funding - ready to start raising incredible funds to support young people across the UK! We have planned a series of online and in-person events and here’s a sneak peak of what’s coming up:
- Our very own 2023 Dream Team at NBC Universal will be leading a session on How to Set Up Your Team For Success
- How to Develop Confidence and Achieve Your Potential workshop with Stefanie Sword-Williams, Founder and Author of F*ck Being Humble
- A fireside chat with Maximillion Cooper, Founder and CEO of Gumball 3000, who will share all of his insights into How to Build and Use Your Network to Successfully Achieve Your Goals
- A How to Meet and Beat Your Targets panel event featuring our finance experts from Google
- On top of that, we will be hosting a series of informal drop-in sessions, as well as inviting some of you to join us at our South London Centre to welcome you to the challenge and inspire you for the journey ahead!
