Me VS 10,000 steps

I’m taking on the Future Steps challenge this February for The King’s Trust – taking on 10,000 steps a day to help transform the lives of young people in the UK.
From the cost of living crisis to an unprecedented lack of opportunity, young people face a range of difficulties in today’s society. The King’s Trust supports young people who have faced disadvantage and adversity to develop the confidence and skills they need to move into work, education and training. A donation of just £10 could fund a call to The King's Trust helpline, enabling a vulnerable young person to gain the critical advice they need.
So, whether it’s indoors or outdoors, walking, running or rolling, it all goes toward supporting the cause. Every step, and every penny, really does count. Please help me to support The King’s Trust by donating to my page.

Fancy a Footloose February?

Monday 27th Jan

Right, let's be honest, January can feel a bit… blah. The festive cheer has well and truly evaporated, and we're all still battling the January blues. But fear not, fellow foot-tappers, for February is upon us, and I've got a challenge for you that's guaranteed to get those endorphins pumping!

I'm taking on the #FutureSteps challenge for The King's Trust, and I'm inviting you to join me!

What's the challenge?

Simply put, we're aiming to walk, run, or roll a whopping 10,000 steps every single day throughout February. That's right, the whole month!

Why am I doing this?

Well, I believe that every young person deserves the chance to shine. At The King's Trust, we help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to build the confidence and skills they need to succeed. We support them to find work, because having a job can open doors to a more stable and fulfilling future.

How can you help?

  • Join me! Sign up for the #FutureSteps challenge and get those steps in.
  • Sponsor me! Every penny you donate will go towards vital programmes that help young people get ready for work.
  • Spread the word! Share this post with your friends and family and encourage them to get involved.

So, what are you waiting for? Let's get moving and make a difference!
