Hi, I'm Darsak. This year, my sons Aaron (19) and Rohan(15) and I are taking on the challenge of cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle with Team Yoga Dynamix!
My friend and I created Yoga Dynamix (www.yogadynamix.co.uk) in 2008 and have been teaching yoga for over 17yrs to children and teens at Harrow Arts Centre in Hatch End, blending traditional practices with mindfulness, social skills, and creative arts to promote holistic growth. Students develop self-awareness, confidence, and emotional balance in a safe, nurturing environment.
Palace to Palace isn’t just a bike ride, it's a chance to support amazing causes, push ourselves, and create unforgettable memories together.
We’re riding to raise funds for The King’s Trust, which helps young people build practical skills, emotional resilience, and brighter futures.
